We want purewashatx.com to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control.
Where we stand
We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
We have not yet completed a formal accessibility audit. We are working toward WCAG 2.1 AA and welcome reports of anything that gets in your way.
Known limitations
We are not currently aware of specific barriers on this site. If you find one, tell us using the route below and we will fix it.
At the wash
Both locations are accessible by car, which is how our service is used.
Staff at both locations will help any customer who needs it. Ask any team member, or call ahead on 512.243.8418 (Steiner Ranch) or 512.284.8452 (Lakeway).

Our membership portal is operated by DRB Systems at purewash.patheon.app. We do not control its accessibility. If you have difficulty there, tell us and we will help you manage your membership by phone or in person, and raise it with DRB.
