These terms cover the website. Your membership is covered separately by the Membership Plan Terms, which take precedence over these terms where the two differ.
2. Using the site
You may use this site to learn about our services, find our locations, buy a wash or membership, and apply for a job.
You may not:
- interfere with the site or try to gain unauthorized access to it
- scrape or harvest content or data by automated means
- submit false information, including on the job application form
- use the site to break the law
3. Prices and information
We try to keep prices, hours, wash contents and location details accurate, but we do not guarantee that everything on the site is current or error-free.
Prices shown are subject to change, and the price charged at the pay station or in your membership account is the price that applies. If a listed price is obviously wrong, we are not obliged to honor it.
Wash package contents may change as we adjust equipment and chemistry.
4. Buying through the site
Links to buy a wash or join a membership take you to DRB Systems' Patheon platform at purewash.patheon.app. Purchases there are subject to the Membership Plan Terms and to DRB's own terms.
We do not process or store card details on this website.
5. Job applications
Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship or oblige us to interview or hire. Information you provide must be truthful; false information may end an application or, later, employment.
How we handle application data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
6. Our content
The Purewash name, logo, site design, photography and text belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without permission, except for ordinary personal use such as sharing a link.
7. Links out
We link to third-party sites — our membership portal, Google Maps, our job application platform. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
8. Reviews and ratings
Where we quote review scores or counts, they reflect what was published at the time we wrote the page and will drift over time. They are not a promise about the service you will receive.

13. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts of Travis County, Texas, and you consent to that venue.
14. Severability
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
